Net 30 Days upon credit approval. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any claims for package shortages must be made within (30) days.

Shipping charges are F.O.B. Connelly Springs, NC. No returns shall be accepted without prior verbal permission from Terminus. Special manufactured items are not subject to return or cancellation after customer approval and confirmed purchase order.

Terminus warrants its goods only against defects in materials and workmanship. Cutterheads are warranted only when used with Terminus knives. The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty hereunder shall be limited to repair, correction or replacement, or refund of the purchase price at Terminus' option upon proof satisfactory to Terminus and upon customer's return of such goods to Terminus' Connelly Springs, NC warehouse. Terminus shall not be liable for damages caused by delays in performance and in no event, regardless of the form of the claim or cause of action shall Terminus' liability to buyer and/or customer exceed the price paid by buyer for the specific goods provided by Terminus giving rise to the claim or cause of action. Buyer agrees that in no event shall Terminus' liability to buyer and/or its customers extend to include incidental consequential or punitive damages. These are the sole and exclusive warranties given by Terminus with respect to the goods and are in lieu of and exclude all warranties, express or implied, arising by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose whether or not the purpose or use has been disclosed to Terminus in specifications, drawings or otherwise and whether or not Terminus' products' are specifically designed and/or manufactured by Terminus for buyer's use or purpose. Terminus Technologies Inc. is hereinafter referred to as Terminus.
